Roles

• Platform and merchant of record: Swamika Finnovations Private Limited.
• Metal purchase, vaulting, and sell settlement: Augmont Goldtech Private Limited. Orders are placed with the Custodian in your name after KYC.
• Payment collection and refunds: PayU Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs.

Standards we follow

• Quotes show the amount payable, including GST, before payment.
• PAN and bank verification are required before a sell payout.
• We screen for duplicate payments and we refund an unallocated capture.
• We keep transaction records for tax, payment, and anti-money-laundering periods.
• We publish terms, privacy, refund, shipping, risk, and grievance pages and link them from the site.
• We do not describe the product as a deposit, as capital-protected, or as RBI-guaranteed.
