KYC

The Custodian, Augmont Goldtech Private Limited, must know who holds the metal. Swamika Finnovations Private Limited collects and checks the details the Custodian requires.

What we ask for

• Mobile number, verified by OTP, to open the account.
• Legal name, date of birth, and address.
• PAN, checked against the issued record, before trading limits that require it and before sell.
• Bank account number and IFSC, verified by a small confirmation or penny-drop style check, before a sell payout.

The name on PAN and the name on the bank account should match. If they do not, the sell payout can fail until you correct the account. We share these details with the Custodian and with the verification provider. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.
